Toasting pecans can be a little tricky. If you use the over the stove in a pan method, never leave the pan.
In both cases, make sure to preserve the particular nutrients of these great nuts.

Ingredients
20 Pecans
Preparation
OVEN METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C)
Line up a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the pecans on it.
Bake and occasionally shake the pan.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Enjoy!
OVER THE STOVE IN A PAN
Place the pecans in a pan and cook on low-medium heat.
It will take up to three or four minutes.
