About the Recipe
At MAD for MED, we love creating. These Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes come with a mesmerizing twist. We have steamed them with lemon, herbs, and a pinch of salt. They are a perfect side dish.

Ingredients
1 Lb Baby Dutch Potatoes
1 Organic Lemon
1 Green Onion
Chives to Taste
Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Melt the butter.
Rinse, dry, and chop five chive scapes, add to the melted butter, stir, cover, and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Clean and peel the potatoes.
Rinse off and dry the lemon.
Rub the lemon with sea salt, carefully remove it, and set aside.
Grate half lemon (only the yellow part) and peel the other half (only the yellow part.)
Add water to your steamer pot and top with the steamer basket.
Place the lemon slices into the basket.
Add the potatoes and top with the lemon peels.
Sprinkle with the lemon-scented sea salt.
Cover with a lid and steam for twenty minutes.
Take the butter out of the fridge.
Place the potatoes into a bowl, add the butter and gently combine.
Plate and Enjoy!
