About the Recipe
This white button mushroom recipe is straightforward to make and super fast to execute. The result is just fantastic! It is a perfect match to accompany any meat or poultry, or why not? Serve them on a slice of toasted sourdough bread.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1.1 Lb White Button Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Pinot Grigio
1 Tsp Sea Salt
Parsley to Taste
Preparation
Remove any excess soil from the mushrooms.
In a pan, add three rounds of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the garlic with its peel on and cook till golden brown.
Add the mushrooms, sea salt, and parsley.
Cook for 3 minutes, then add the Pinot Grigio.
Once the wine evaporates, add two rounds of extra virgin olive oil and sautée for a minute.
Plate and Enjoy!
