About the Recipe

This white button mushroom recipe is straightforward to make and super fast to execute. The result is just fantastic! It is a perfect match to accompany any meat or poultry, or why not? Serve them on a slice of toasted sourdough bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1.1 Lb White Button Mushrooms

  • 1/4 Cup Pinot Grigio

  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt

  • Parsley to Taste

Preparation

  1. Remove any excess soil from the mushrooms.

  2. In a pan, add three rounds of extra virgin olive oil.

  3. Add the garlic with its peel on and cook till golden brown.

  4. Add the mushrooms, sea salt, and parsley.

  5. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the Pinot Grigio.

  6. Once the wine evaporates, add two rounds of extra virgin olive oil and sautée for a minute.


Plate and Enjoy!
