About the Recipe
In season, cauliflowers are a perfect ally in terms of nutrients. Rich in fiber, minerals, and vitamins. They delight our palate and fill our stomachs. This recipe is not only delicious, it is easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
1 Cauliflower
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste
Red Hot Chili Pepper to Taste (optional)
Preparation
Clean the cauliflower by removing the bottom stem and the leaves.
Cut off the florets from the remaining stem.
Place the florets into a previously bowl filled with water for a couple of minutes, drain, and repeat another two times.
Steam or boil in a bit of water for 7-8 minutes.
Take them out of the steamer or pot and place them into a pan with garlic and olive oil.
Add salt.
Sautée for 1-2 minutes.
Add basil or the herbs of your choice and the red hot chili peppers.
