About the Recipe
These colorful vegetables are full of great nutrients. They are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and they are also a great source of fibers.
This simple to make creamy dish will conquer your taste buds. Just a few minutes to create the most flavorful and nutritious meal.

Ingredients
1 Garlic Clove
6 Basil Leaves
2 Red Bell Peppers (How to roast bell peppers (here) or you can you a Jar of steamed ones.
Red Hot Chili Peppers to Taste
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Sea Salt + 1 Tsp
1 Package of Whole Grain Pennette Pasta ( or Ziti/Trofie/any of your Choice)
1.5 L Water
1 Cup Creamy Cheese of Your Choice
Preparation
Add the water to a large, medium size saucepan.
Bring it to simmering and add the sea salt.
Once it reaches the boiling point, dump in your pasta.
In the meantime, put the creamy cheese, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, the red hot chili peppers, and the teaspoon of sea salt and mix using a blender.
Brown the garlic into a large pan able to contain all the pasta.
Add the blended ingredients and stir.
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan and sautée till combined.
Add the basil torn apart by hands to the pan and stir.
Plate and top with a round of extra virgin olive oil and extra basil or herbs.
