About the Recipe
This delicious recipe for trout fillet is elegantly presented, but it is also the perfect recipe for those with a delicate palate to enjoy eating some good fish.

Ingredients
Peel and cut into halves the garlic clove, remove the inner germ and set aside.
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a tiny bowl.
Add the garlic, sea salt, and Pinot Grigio.
Add the sea salt and the pink pepper and whisk.
Remove all the possible bones from the fish.
Brush the fish with the marinating mix, pour the remaining mixture, and cover.
Put it on the fridge top shelf and let it marinate for at least one hour.
Once passed the marinating time, heat a no sticky pan.
Place the trout fillets on parchment paper and put them into the pan.
Cook 1 minute on each side.
Plate and embellish with extra virgin olive oil and pink pepper and some lamb lettuce or any herbs of your choice.
You can serve it with a side dish of steamed potatoes (recipe here) or with a mixed salad ( recipe here).
