About the Recipe

We all love chicken! Soft lean meat is an excellent source of protein. This recipe is quick to prep and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Drums

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Fresh Thyme to Taste

  • All Spice to Taste

  • Sea Salt to Taste

Preparation

  • Rinse off the chicken drums.

  • Dump them into a large bowl.

  • Cut the glove garlic into two halves and add them to the bowl.

  • Add the extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, allspice, fresh thyme, and rub the chicken drums.

  • Place the chicken drums in a pan, cover with its lid and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes.

  • After six minutes, add a cup of spring water, cover, and let it simmer for thirty minutes. Make sure the water does not dry; if needed, add water.

  • After thirty minutes, remove the lid, and cook for ten minutes.


Plate, serve and enjoy!
