About the Recipe
We all love chicken! Soft lean meat is an excellent source of protein. This recipe is quick to prep and easy to cook.

Ingredients
8 Chicken Drums
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Thyme to Taste
All Spice to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste
Preparation
Rinse off the chicken drums.
Dump them into a large bowl.
Cut the glove garlic into two halves and add them to the bowl.
Add the extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, allspice, fresh thyme, and rub the chicken drums.
Place the chicken drums in a pan, cover with its lid and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes.
After six minutes, add a cup of spring water, cover, and let it simmer for thirty minutes. Make sure the water does not dry; if needed, add water.
After thirty minutes, remove the lid, and cook for ten minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
