Ingredients
2 Salmon Slices
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tsp White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to Taste
Parsley to Taste
Preparation
Peel the garlic clove, cut in half, remove the inner germ, and finely mince.
Add the vinegar, parsley leaves finely chopped, and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil mix, and set aside for an hour.
After an hour, preheat your cast iron pan.
Brush the salmon on both sides with the mix.
Cook both sides for about 8-10 minutes, 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the slice. Before plating, make sure it is cooked all the way through.
Plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. It perfectly pairs with a mixed salad (recipe here) or steamed potatoes (recipe here)
