About the Recipe

Let us be honest; not everyone likes eating fish, especially the youngsters. This recipe will make even the pickiest enjoy some fish, whether an adult or a kid. It is rich in proteins, is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, is low in calories, and is rich in vitamins and minerals. You have all the good reasons to try out this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cod Fillets

  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

  • Parsley to Taste

  • Sea Salt to Taste

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation


  1. Make sure the cod fillets are entirely deprived of their bones.

  2. In a rectangular shaped like pyrex bowl best the eggs and add the grated garlic into it.

  3. Add the sea salt and parsley.

  4. Prep a lined tray with parchment paper.

  5. Prep a plate with bread crumbs

  6. Place the fillets into the beaten, then into the bread crumbs.

  7. Brush some extra virgin olive oil where you will place the fillets.

  8. Keep the fillets aligned and at the same distance, one from the other.

  9. Cook at 350 F ( 180 C) for 25 minutes until golden brown.
